Age of Mythology Skin for Windows Media Player

The Skins Factory was selected by Microsoft Game Studios to create a custom branded Windows Media Player skin to help digitally promote this highly anticipated sequel to the Age of Empires game series.



A number of artists were involved in the creation of this skin. Ryan Ford aka Liquisoft created the main foundation (ruby, scarab etc), conceptual design & style while Ilmari Heikkinen aka Kig came in and worked Anubis’s head, transport buttons and secondary mode frames and design. Last and certainly not least is Roman who came in and coded the entire skin and created the amazing content/marketing mode which in itself is job and a half.
